Navionics, Lighthouse and Raymarine Axiom7+

My Raymarine Axiom7+ used to function OK through last summer with Lighthouse 4.9.330 and Navionics UK chart installed, when LH9.360 came out attempts to install it failed but with no visible defects, but LH4.10.149 completely overrode the Navionics chart but displayed no navigational detail eg buoyage, and was promptly removed. In the past I was able to phone a Raymarine helpline but cannot find one now.
In addition, an Anchorage mode has appeared which beeps couple of minutes whenever the depth goes above 6.3m despite the mode and alarm being apparently turned off .

I would like to know if the Navionincs and Lighthouse charts are intended to be installed together and particularly how to turn the anchor alarm off.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
 
Raymarine UK Support definitely have a phone number - as I spoke to them last week, and got through without delay.
Don’t have that version of software so can’t comment on how to turn the anchor alarm off - other than the manuals are excellent so assume you have downloaded the PDF manual and searched this first.
 
You can use both Navionics and Lighthouse charts, you would select the chart that you wish to use from within the settings on the chart/navigation screen on your Axiom.
