NAVIONICS - let's hear it for them !

Three weeks ago I bought an Up-date card from them.

It wouldn't work in my plotter.

I sent it back to Navionics, but phoned them before they did anything saying it was my fault.

Venus1 of this forum, said NOT to follow the plotter manual diagram as the MSD card was drawn Up-side-down !

Nevertheless, Navionics tested the card and posted it back to me FOC.

I thought the era of such service levels were a thing of the past.

That's interesting - what sort of card was it that's able to fit in the slot the wrong way up? I don't think either of the normal CompactFlash or SD Cards will go.
