I have the following versions all working fine on OS 4.1

Europe West 4.4 (update 5.0 not yet installed)
Mediteranian 5.0 (update 5.0.1 not yet installed)
Uk-Holland 4.4 (no updates ready)

There are update available in App store but I've deferred installing as they take a blooming age and an update once a year is enough for me instead of every few months. I'm sure they'll offer another update if the current update is bad. Migth depend on which version of the iPhone OS you are running.

Best to email them, i've contacted them with product suggestions and their support is excellent.

On my iPhone 4 I'm using Europe West v.5.0 and Mediterranean v.5.0.1 and they both work superbly. Only limitation is the small iPhone screen.

I am running UK-Holland 4.4 and it's fine (as is Mediterranean 5.0.1 and Caribbean 4.4) . It might be that your download got corrupted, they are about the biggest things I have ever downloaded.. You could delete the version you've got from your iPhone and from iTunes and then go and download it again. The iTunes store should remember that you've already bought it and allow you to download it for free.
