Navionics chart symbols ?

Does any body understand the difference between -0.2 MT and normal drying hight shown with in this case underlined 0.2 which means that the depth is 0.2 above chart datum why would some depths be shewn this way the norm and the other way which I would have thought meant the height above above HW.

My guess is that the area is too small to print on, so the drying height is shown to one side with a minus sign.

Its referring to the small round chart symbol next to them drying heights that you can see if you zoom in. I think they are a well head or similar.

Looking at 5011 doesn't show anything so my answer is if the charts were pre owned has the owner added their own soundings?

Where is it?
