Hi All,
I tried to resurrect 2 old Samsung tablets today.
One already had Navionics install the other one I reset and installed it.
Both accepted my account details and showed me my active subscriptions.
Both had connectivity to the Internet.
1 synced my data.
But when I try and downloaded some charts both give this message "unable to retrieve information"
any ideas?
