Navionics android app on tablet- tides icons have gone and other bits have appeared?

seems like navionics on my tablet has done an update and now has an (irritating) new button on the screen refer to navionics/sonar which I can't get rid of and a small box currently saying 00.00km - again I can't get rid of it or work out what it is for? -worst of all it used to have in various areas on the chart particularly ports a button to access tide data - that has gone - I have tried going on navionics FAQ page of their web site and cannot find how to get rid of the extra button - what the 00.00km is for or most importantly how to find tide data - hope someone can help please?

Tides you can get to by moving the crosshair over a tide symbol and clicking the ? icon or by selecting menu and then Weather & Tides.

No I can't get rid of the icon for sonar / Navionics charts but it's quite small so it doesn't worry me.

No idea what the 00.00km thing is. I've not got it.

I like the new tidal info showing direction and rate for the diamond or level of tide for the tide guages.
