Navico corus instruments

There have been a few posts on here about them.
I'm in the process of buying a display unit from chap in the USA, who has advertised refurbished units on here.
I will report back as to how it all goes, this may help those wishing to get hold of replacement units.

It's arrived, seems good but, I haven't installed it yet. Dealing with Tom LaMers was very easy and he was very communicative.
The down side was having to pay £42 duty. Still a lot cheaper than having to buy a new set of instruments.
However, Tom, who supplied the unit, describes it on the customs form as a used unit sent for repair, which in essence it is, as he supplies and fixes them on an exchange basis, so I'm going to try and claim the duty back.
I offer no guarantees, but for those who have the Navico Corus system and need any parts I would highly recommend his services.
