Help is there a bracket that holds the series 40 navlight to pullpitt/pushpitt.

There is and it is part no 3901001 but check for yourself on Aquasignal's rotten website.
Click the link, then go to the english version, then select spareparts from the LH menu, select navigation lights then series 40 then search . You'll see the brackets on the picture but scroll down to Accessories and you find it on the list,
