Nautical all purpose cruising antifoul

Has anyone heard of "Nautical all purpose cruising antifoul" - I'm buying a boat which has that on it - was thinking I should try and use the same?

Does it exist - is it any good?

If I want to use something else is it best to put on a primer first?

I have in facct got a heap aboard. I think it is an International product. I hope it,s ok, 'as is my want' it was the right price, I,m a great sucker for a bargain!
Anyway, I,m a min 3 coats man, so I hope to get a couple of years out of it. It,s got a bit of 'weight' to it, thats one of my 'guides' , a bit of 'metal' in there somewhere!
It,s an ablative, so you can,t, put a hard antifouling on top without a primer, but any other soft a/f would almost certainly be ok. Bill.
