NASA Target Navtex standard plus. Q\'s (2nd try)
The forum seems to have lost my first post.
I have picked up at very reasonable cost a Nasa navtex unit that is described on the box as a standard plus, and comes with a plastic stub aerial.
I am wondering what makes it a plus unit as the instructions are the same as the standard.
Also can someone tell me what station letter Niton is on as I think the id's in the manual may be out of date.
And before anyone tells me to ask Nasa here is the email reply I got.
"It could be dual frequency, it certainly has editable menu programming and
scrolling is possible whilst receiving a message."
<hr width=100% size=1> "It is a pleasure to give advice, humiliating to need it, normal to ignore it"
