Narrowboat aerial

The radio aerial on my narrowboat having been vandalised I have decided to replace it with a television aerial but I want to be able to remove the aerial when I am away from the boat. There is a hole in the roof for the radio aerial and I intend using that but I need to install a waterproof socket there so that the removable aerial's cable can be detached at will and the remaining fitting will be too small to attract the attention of vandals. Does anyone know how I can get a waterproof socket for mounting on the roof?

I am also trying to find a magnetic base to hold the removable aerial in place when I am using it.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I had a hire boat on the Brecon & Montgomershire canal recently and the boat yard had fitted a small socket under the lip of the forward part of the roof and the tv aerial's plug just plugged in and the aerial sat on the roof. Removed when moving and stowed below.

I have an all steel narrowboat and the aerial I use for the radio is a car aerial. You know, the whip type, you can unscrew the whip if you really need to, but I have not had any problems with vandalism.
However, when I bought the boat, the whip was broken so I had to buy a new one, which I got from Halfords for £9.99.
