Narrow Seas - 12th October

can anyone offer me a bed/bunk/hammock/shelf for the night on 12th October?

I want to go to the Narrow Seas meeting, but cannot get on board Black Magic until the morning (still haven't sorted out a dinghy to get to the mooring at R&C).

I don't really want to have to drive back to Dartford and then come back again on Saturday.

I can't offer any rack space but can provide use of dinghy & outboard, if that helps?

You can kip on my boat if you don't mind driving to Bradwell. I shan't be there.

We have a 2m hon wave Honda dinghy we no longer require. Big size tubes for a relatively small tender. Holds air well in excess of months without top up. Slatted floor and oars. Have managed me and three young children, or me plus wife and Labrador. Easy to row for kids etc and our 2.3 pushes along very nicely indeed.

thanks for all the offers of dinghy and other things. I don't really want a dinghy for now as I was just killing time at R&C until I move Black Magic to St Kats for the winter - hope to be off on 20th Oct.

Karen has stepped up and kindly offered me Laurin - so I don't have to sleep in a dinghy after all.
