Right, I have the gauntlet thrown at my feet - my good mate (ex merchant navy and never been on a sailing yacht) loves to call me a "wafi" (wind assisted f........ idiot) and now I need to come up with a string of equally charming terms to call my mate - ha!

All contributions happily received. Thanks.
PS: The suggested terms must be nautically derived and refer to power driven vessels of all sizes.

Perhaps Some sort of play on Margaret Thatchers penchant for refusing to divert, stop or make u turns ......How about addressing 'im as ''Your Ona'' ?
ONA = One Speed--Ahead !

They're commonly referred to as a SHIP, which of course stands for Small Hope of Intelligent Piloting, or Stupid and Hopelessly Inebriated Personnel, or perhaps Something Huge and Incompetently Propelled.

''Completely Rubbish At Piloting''

''Totally Inconsiderate Twat''
Like it !
And your acronyms don't suffer from Sunday morning dyslexia like mine !

Moboers seem to call themselves either "petrol heads" or "diesel heads" so something along those lines? /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
