I'm spoiled for restaurants at home as we live in Marlow - a great choice there.

I have only found 1 good indian down here (i'm on the boat tonight) and that's the rasraj at the end of oxford st in Southampton. It's the opposite end from the casino, right on the end where you think the restaurants have run out. In an old bank.

All organic meat, sourced locally. Excellent choice of unusual dishes. The chocolate curry has to be tried.........

Thanks Mark, pondered going in to that one a couple of times but have walked on by for some reason, maybe to surrounding area that end of the street isn;t the best looking so haven't been in there by association I guess. Will give the place a go next time we're down there. Chocolate curry sounds particularly yuk though I must admit

Don't tell Steve but I saved some of the 'orrid excuses for sweets from the restaurant for when he next decends upon my sweety stash, should put the fella orf for good lols :) only kiddin' Steve ;)

That must be chocolate covered raisons then !!!! YUK !!!!!!.................................. now, where did i put that 2lb slab of cadbury,s ?

Thumbs up for C-O-D at the Kings Head at Lymington. If you don't know what C-O-D stands for you have to go there and try it. Amongst my favourites.
