name painting on tenders

what's the best kind of paint or adhesive lettering to mark names on inflatable tenders? Mine's a seago ( (vinyl based?)
Don't want to use anything containing innappropriate solvents which degrade the tube material. Any offers?

Did my Zodiac with vinyl lettering from local signs maker. £35 for three big ones for the boat and two small ones for the tender. Look in local press or yell.

You will find the correct paint for your inflatable material here:

Use black or white, depending on your inflatable's colour and place the identification on the underside for security reasons (can't see the "tender to boatname" while afloat thus not obvious which boat may be unoccupied)

just about "everything you should consider when putting name on tender but didn't want to ask......" is there somewhere!

Great point there about not putting the "tender to...... " on the dingy where you can see it. My insurers say my dingy/outboard is not insured unless the name of the mother ship is visible. Maybe they prefer that you save £4k worth of tender, but are don't mind someone running off with £150k of mother ship!!
