Meanwhile, is PD now living in the garage with a sail-like blanket and citing the ever helpful scuttlebutt as a defence? Perhaps a decommissioned railway carriage cum gear store for the garden could tie this thread adroitly together.. Do you need p/permission to add a garden carriage, anyone?
