A good drinking buddy I met in Holland needs info on how to get an ICC for Holland/Belgium/France.

RYA only works if you are a UK resident (apparently).

I have suggested a detour from Aus to Spain & a call to Suncoast for a few days to get all the qualifications.


Any other suggestions lads?

Are you sure, there are RYA schools in France, Spain etc.?

You do need to be a UK resident to apply for your ICC and it can only be used on a British Flagged Vessels Some charter companies non UK wil accept the ICC.Does the Austrailian Sailing Association not have a similar scheme ?.
