I bought a pair of these about two weeks ago and have just slid down the access ramp to the pontoons at Woolverstone, well that sounds too polite actually I went arse over tit falling backwards onto the ramp. And I lost my new Sailing today mag over the rail into the river!!! Surface is painted with grit in it so normally provides a good grip.
Now over several years at Woolverstone I have never slid down that ramp !!
The shoes seem to work on my non slip on my boat but then almost anything would there, so question is has anyone else had problems with these shoes or should I, as suggested by chandelry where I bought them, worn them in by walking a few miles on concrete first?
