Well, underwater drills are expensive and I’m pretty sure Exocets are not generally available, but if you are desperate the good old brace and bit works well underwater and without any electrical needs ? (Google it if you don’t know what it is!)

our next door neighbours work in the marina starting at 5 am and apparantly samw moron rally also relocated the BBQs and seat and tables ignoring all the notices not to. As I said morons in a rally What do you call a collection/swarm of morons, anything the YBW filter might pass ? next door suggested 'quaints' at least it sounded like that

The problem is,I think, most people don't like confrontation so when you witness someone acting in an anti social manner you're anxious to make an approach. Getting dressed to walk there at 3 am in the dark not my idea of fun. I tried sweepingwith my handheld searchlight but no effect. When I said good riddance as the motored past this morning it just generated a bunch of verbal abuse. Next time will summon Plod.

Yes as are we despit my avatar we live on our mobo . I posted here as somebody might know who the p rats were I'm sure they have done it elsewhere before or will do tonight maybe.

edited to add we often have visitors in next berth motor or sail. never had inconsiderate 'quaints' like these though, sail or power.

I remember a friend telling me he'd been kept awake all night by very loud music playing till about 5-6 in the morning. I think it was a beach party and all the other boats in the bay eventually moved. He survived with earplugs but still didn't sleep well. He gave it 45 mins. of silence for the partygoers to get to sleep before blasting out some music from his boat. Ride of the Valkyries, 1812 overture etc. on a loop via his loudhailer.

It seemed to draw an appreciative crowd on the beach for an hour while he had breakfast.
