Mushroom fixings keep coming loose

Morning all

Anyone got any tips to stop the mushroom fixings coming loose? I've got some replacements but the screws just keep coming loose over a period of time?

The very small size rawlplugs from Screwfix should do the job
I’ve noticed that Rawlplug do a polyester resin which you may prefer rather than drill out the hole to fit a plug
