Twas Kwackers all the time!!

So Kwackers had wired the temp guage,to the rev counter, the rev counter to the buzzer, the warning lights to the horn. The bog light switch is now ignition and engine start is the shower pump switch. No probs now it's sussed, except sitting on the bog to control the boat takes a bit of getting used to.!!

If yer think that's bad, wait till yer see what happens when the bilge pump kicks in!!:D

You had me confused. Kwackers said. Lawseys coming down and we're taking his boat to Deganwy.

So half asleep at that awfull hour. I thought, that's not lawsey, that 's Phil, but it cant be Phil, well is certainly not lawsey. Then though, beter keep quiet till some one says sumate.

got tinternet working again, was the 3 dongle not working as we are abroad, used up £20 here already and paid another £20 so that should last us the day. TV still not working, though friend over here says he has his tuned in to winter hill, which we can see from the house window ! MBY would not let me log in as myself for days. Got a good mooring though, close to Tesco and bars and restaurants

It's true, they're really here.

just our look to be next to such a smart boat, lovely, lovely boat. Urrm we're the one on the left as you look at the photo. Tho some others here are a bit green, we do look good next to them.

What, the one that looks like Little Ship, but not made of match sticks.:)

I suppose it's ok If you dont want to go anywhere in a hurry;)

So Neddy, how come you got so close, but didd'nt visit.

It's the yellow peril Quarantine van in the background, Hadyn, that's keeping the bringers of red cross parcels away.

Sorry, in a rush. Only came into Douglas to do a radio interview then had to dash back. Got another interview tomorrow morning, listen to Manx Radio immediately after 8am news! Will def. see you tomorrow PM

T'Internet. What you need is a Sure Mobile £5 Pay As You Go SIM card from the Sure shop in Strand Street. 1 pence per megabyte, so £5 = 500 megabytes. Stick it into your dongle and you should be fine for the rest of your stay. You will need to adjust the "profile" settings on the 3G software on the lappie, the guys at the shop should be able to give you instructions - or take the lappie and dongle with you.

Not Mucky Farter, 'twas another. Heard it all on VHF. Towed away from the rocks by a small motor boat in the vicinity until Douglas lifeboat arrived. Had to attract small boat's attention with a flare because it wasn't monitoring ch16.
