Ah, but did anyone notice the middle pic is reversed!

Well spotted adrian! Actually MBY had to crop the pic cos it wouldn't fit. Here is the full pic of the Lumishore lights, courtesy of Photoshop's panorama-stitch feature (with a couple of the boats reversed!)

I thought MBY was a good edition, though very thin (due to lack of advertising rather than editorial). There was much lovely Fairey stuff to read, and that awesome photo of Miss Daisy leaping out of the water. Burgundy Ben must be in heaven. The WNS, explaining lightning, was easily the best WNS ever imho, in that there was no stupid skipper but instead it explained something really useful (that I at least didn't fully understnad previously), There was an Azi 40S test, and a comparison with the fly version - this is another example of a boat that is avaialbe in 2 otherwise identical versions, ie with/without the flybridge, like that sunseeker Pred/Manhattan 50-something. Some nice photos of the Elling E4 in the canaries and crusing in Ionian. Another installment of the Jersey couple's Azimut 62 med cruise (and can we have a whip round please to buy them some new fender socks or a copy of Photoshop!). And a techy article that i haven't read yet explaining how to make rope

No I missed the swap around...

I too think it will be a good 'read' and I also thought it a thin one although as jfm says not through missing editorial. That Miss D pix with the props clear and the helm guy leaning forward is wonderful - you can almost hear it!

Who couldnt see the Hills for the Frieze? (sic)

There is a totally unfounded rumour afoot that the nice pople at Lumishore hadn't realised that the photos had been reversed - even though Mr Wolf had kindly sent them this image a couple of weeks ago :o

Will someone please leave a few copies of MBY ... I wont be home until Saturday .... and we only get one delivered.

Off To MIBS ( Miami Boat Show ) then to lighten up the Americas :D Booth 1933A for anyone who wants to say Hi ( or even Hello). Trip Report and Photos on my return ...
