Giuseppe Carnevali, founder of Navionics, just passed away. He was 74yo.
He founded Navionics in the early 80s in northern Italy with his then colleague Fosco Bianchetti, Mr Bianchetti left a few years later to found C-Map. Talk about good ideas.
Mr Carnevali also funded a Foundation which built schools in very poor countries for 20+ years.
