Bloody Swiz!
9% but in a small bottle.
Get a Duvel in a large bottle for not much less voltage.

Still means carnage at the foot of the bar stairs though.

A number of years ago, we tested and tuned a number of these nutter lagers, Our fond collective noun for them was 'nerve gas'. Wholly appropriate.

Over a quarter of a century ago, when Popeye and I started "going out", I was a confirmed pils drinker, and could put away more than was healthy, without obvious ill effect, apart from extra kilos. One evening, he introduced me to Rochefort 8, which I drank with same gusto as pils. Not a good idea, spent the whole drive home with head out of car window, and can now only (just) envisage cilivised beers if served in tiny glasses.

It was well worth getting accustomed to though
Must admit I'm looking forward to making myself ill by partaking of a sample or two

Will , very apt description and a short note to those that think there is something similar between lager and these beverages . There isn't

See you in Oostende Olive
