Not absolutely sure but I would think a few hours a week for most of the year.

Well, it depends on your definition of "a few hours a week", but let's assume it's 5. That's 250 hours a year, times 3 years is 750 hours without an oil change. That would put me off the boat. What else has been neglected?

Sailed a 30, good sea boat but do roll a lot. No speed merchant. Got a LM30 myself, much better sailing performance. Have you considered the LM 27???
