Motor electrician person on the east coast please…

The motor on our windlass needs new brushes - at least I hope to goodness that’s what it is. Any ideas or recommendations would be really helpful - no anchoring until we get it sorted ?

Oh and we’ve removed the motor so it’s easy to get to wherever it needs to go. We’re based in Orford/Ipswich
