Motor boat maintenance

my 13 m motor boat is moored near Barcelona as it seems unlikely that we will be able to visit the boat in 2020 ,what yearly maintenance would you recommend considering there will be no use of the boat this year ????

Suggest may be repost in the Motor Boat forum, and give some details of the type and number of engine(s). Lots of expertise there to advise.
