Hi,
Yes you can get mosi nets from Blacks online
go to the "product store" and do a search for Mosquito nets
we purchased from them 2 years ago and have just checked their web site and they still have a couple of mosi net types.
Their web address is: http://www.theoutdoorsonline.co.uk/cgi-bin/TheOutdoorsOnline.storefront
Get the impregnated type they are much more effective
good luck
BTW where you going????

G’day Hilaryjane.
Have you tried your local Army Surplus Disposal? They have an excellent quality netting and at a good price.
Tip: - You can make a simple hatch cover by stitching some netting to a length of rope, it drops over the open hatch, the weight of the rope holds it in place, easy to fit and stow.
Hope this helps.
I did indeed read your reply - many thanks for the advice, what I'm really after is unmade up netting, I may try net curtains and see how it goes. We are going to the Ionian via Canal du Midi etc. in 2 stages, this year to South of France.
Another option to try instead of netting is using a small hurican lantern burning "Citronella" oil.
I've been using this method for some time, and so far no bites. as I live and sail in an area with lots of mozzies during the summer. this is the best I've come across,
i can get netting off the roll approx 4 feet x 30 feet ,black in colour (defusies sunlight better) it is usually fitted to motorhome fly screen doors and windows if you wish to find out more tell me at work 01684 296222 and ask for ian
quite a robust netting that you can cut to shape and (as a last - or some might say CONVENIENT resort) gaffer tape in place.
However if you are going to the med. it is the sand flies that are the problem but those little buggers can get through the mesh size of mosquito netting and their bites are very painful. In that case those "in the know" try to get Bridal Veil nylon which is very fine and like the overbed bug nets sold in carribean street markets, keeps 'em all out.
