Hello, I believe that the Morse MT2 dual lever control can have a neutral switch fitted but I cannot see how or where it would go although access to the rear of the control is not great. I have the installation instructions but there is no mention of the switch. Any information or images would be appreciated.

Many sea lines with FB were fitted with them , a pain in the arse when they go wrong as you have to remove the control and split it to change the switch , if it’s not needed it’s better to bypass it .

Ditto. Mine had the annoying habit of sticking then causing the engine fuse in the control box to pop because it thought I was starting in gear. It's a small microswitch that attaches to the control assembly and if memory serves me correctly just under the gear control crank

Thanks for the replies so far. The switches would only be used for a warning indicator between helms with no interlock and the Morse control has a very positive neutral position. If they are not very reliable I don't want to introduce any possible failure.
