'morning ....

Re: \'morning ....

I like it!- planning for the hang-over. The Scots way really. We should have 2 days off work as they do, following the Hogmanay annual regurgitation ceremony!
That's what I'd prescribe- 2 days off and the hair of the dog. (or is it the hare of the dog?)
Otherwise Losec for the guts and Ibuprofen for the headache, and all of the injuries sustained- (Pick one from the following as essential New Year celebration activities:)
falling down stairs,
falling overboard,
falling off chairs,
being hit, (cf Glasgow kiss)
walking into doors, etc

Re: \'morning ....

Yep back to work too today, and what a pig of a day it's been!!

Have a particular member of my department who's a royal pain the arse!! Who wants to be back at work today!! Do it and get over it!! Have to say, I lost my so called "managerial cool" with him today. After about an hour of "why do we have to work this week" "whats the f*****g point" "hate this f*****g job" I said "there's the f*****g door, make my f*****g day and walk through it"!!!

Funnily enough, he never said another word for the rest of the day, oh the peace, I think the guy needs to GET A BOAT!!!
