More Regulation (very boaty)

Funny, I was thinking along the same lines.

If I have a half-tide mooring, should I report grounding twice a day? What delay is allowable (since this governs how many reports I can put in one envelope)? I wonder how long it would take to swamp the system?

(b) the position of the ship; Thames (non tidal)
(c) the last port from which the ship departed; Windsor (is that a port?)
(d) the next port of call; Er, next lock, or is it destination, or a pub that looked good en route?
(e) the number of people aboard the ship; Five (three minors)
(f) the date on which, and the time at which, the accident, the incident or the polluting event, as the case may be, occurred; Frequently
(g) details of the polluting event, as the case may be; Knocked pipe ash o/b. Tipped tea dregs o/b. Engine was a bit smoky on starting, but no worse than usual.
(h) other incident details; Youngest daughter's teddy bear fell o/b (onto lock side, no injuries)
