More racing in Chi entrance

This happens in Porthmadog harbour also. Which leaves me wondering whether these people understand the rules and whether the people who are being "taught" are learning the right things and the general rules.

So what ever happened to...When navigating a narrow channel you have right of way, other vessels may not impede your passage.
