Added today from the Crouch: the Ray Sand buoy is back on station, the Brandy Hole Seawall works postponed and the Whitaker buoyage has changed - one pair removed, on pair moved, numbering and lights changed. Harwich added some diving works late last night. Work at No 2 Berth, exclusion zone during diving.
