Mooring in Venice

I am planning to visit Venice in mid August for a couple of days. Any advice on where is best to moor please?

There is a Marina at S Giorgio Maggiore

12° 20.6’ E

The most scenic locations (just behind the Salute and S. Giorgio) tend to be either bouncy because of the traffic or hard to get into. There's also a marina at S. Elena, which is where the locals moor.
