Hello,

I'm coming down from Norfolk on my 60ft Barge in a few months and plan to stay down in London for a maximum of two months.

I was hoping to stay relatively central in that time, ive been looking at google maps at places to stop between Kew and Greenwich. Can i just moor up any where along there or do i need to pay any fees? or are there particular places I cant stop?

I'll leave it to others to reply more fully, but no, you can't just moor anywhere, especially in a 60' barge.

If I were you I would seek out people with similar craft to yourself, you may see from Google maps that there are liveaboard craft on the tideway but I can't imagine how amenable they would be to visiting craft staying a short while - but you can only ask.
