Mooring available Poole

Having now sold my boat, I now have a mooring that I won't be using in Poole.

Located at Hamworthy - close to the shore - for 40 footer.

That was quick I did not even have time to book a viewing :-(

Just shows that a tidy boat at the right price will sell within a month or two.

Still subject to survey - so shouldn't count my chickens, - First real interest from YMs advert in March issue - so Feb 12th was first contact. One or 2 stories to be told about first brush with a broker - which determined me to sell privately. details about broker A's conduct to follow after contract completed next week!
