You know those thin alloy poles with a like rowlock thing on the top for holding lines on the jetty, so you can reach them when you come alongside. Cant find them anywhere...any ideas where I can buy them please???

Yep, I know what you mean, who makes it and where you can get it. What boat did you buy in the end then?

No its not one like that, more light weight. Its a thin alloy pole with a blue half circle on top ( to hold the rope). its fixed to the pontoon with a screw and a spring should anyone hit them.

Its effective and very basic. I left mine with the old berth and just cant find new ones.

Have a stumped the forumites.

Good for you - I still think they were the best f/b in class when I bought mine, and if you're buying from PMYS at Swanwick then you are in very good hands indeed. When are you getting her?

Oh ... and I think you're after a Plastimo dock bumper pole, it's part of their dock bumper system:
