Not our first on-board this year but a feeling the season has started.

For my sins I worked in those very offices long ago.

And had some involvement in the development of the marina, harbour and its surroundings. (Only the nice bits are down to me! Some of the rest is seen to best advantage as shown in your photo - in the dark! )
