Montenegro Courtesy flag

Anyone tell me what the montenegro courtesy flag looks like ?
Is it an upside down dutch ?
Does it have a red border like the UK Red Ensign ?
My med almanac is pre the 2006 split from Serbia ie out of date

We are currently moored up in Kotor, Montenegro and can confirm that you can get one when you arrive at the port authorities to buy your cruising permit. And it is a great flag. I've added some new pics of Montenegro to our blog earlier - if you're interested - www.yachtmontyb.blogspot.com
