This is probably a scam ... they get a lot on that website and some people must get caught. Try asking some tricky questions about the boat or ask about payment and it will probably become obvious. I think they hijack other people's ads, or old ones.

As it then links to the traders page where the boat is at the same price it looks legit to me

Underpowered home build.

Very niche market. I'd find other things to sink my £50k into

This is in Ipswich and is a real boat as it is on the hard at the marina I am berthed at.

Was up for £65k iirc back in January.

Surely no power whatsoever. Only really any good as a river cruiser surely?

As Whitelighter says it's a very niche thing but always remember ... the scammers do advertise real boats - they hijack other people's ads. If you do follow this one up (I wouldn't personally!) do check out any odd payment instructions! ... Only trying to be helpful.
