Hi just bought a Beneteau 311 clipper which is fitted with a MLR Valsat 2008 M2 but there is no instruction manual, can anyone advise where to get a copy.

This site has FX312 - 412 manuals; don't know if this helps??
I used to have a 311 fitted with an MLR and I have to say it was the most "user-UNfriendly" bit of kit I have come across. There is no way you can intuitively figure out the key combinations for performing the functions!!
I am still in contact with the guy who bought my boat and I'm sure that he would photo copy yhe documents if no one else cpmes up with a copy (PM me).

I'd suggest asking Mantsbrite who used to handle MLR products in the UK.

Have the valsat 2008 m2 manual. PM with email if you want it scanned. Second the unfriendly menus. Took 2 months to realise it had a backlight. This is one excellent reason to praise progress in technology.

Thanks for the advice, my broker has managed to contact the owner and it now seems he has a manual which he kept - which is in the post as I write
