Sounds like She is an OK Boat after all
So the next step for keeping her in good nick and She don't corrode in the oggin or perish in the sunlight or %$"??? ^&*??? or owt!

As above - get a marine engineer to inspect the engine & the drive. New engine does not necessarily mean new drive. I recommend Volvo Paul - I expect he will be along in a minute .

I second that. I went to look at a similar boat with a Volvo engine and outdrive leg and as I have had boats since petrol was 4 gallons to the pound I was not bothered about the hull as I would have epoxied it anyway so I did not have a survey but asked a Volvo Service Engineer to check the engine and outdrive. And I am glad I did as the outdrive needed an overhaul and the engineer said that I could spend £1500 - £2000 (with an engine service) The boat was cheap enough, the problem was that they were so busy they could not touch it for 6 weeks, and when I buy a boat I want to use it NOW, so I did not bother.
