Mitsubishi S4L or S4L2 oil filter?

Hi, Are these engines using the same oil filter can? Does anyone have a number for the common equivalent/s?
The makers ones are soooo expensive.
I am told that this is the same engine as a Thornycroft T95 motor.

No part number on existing, "genuine" Mitsubishi, rusted all over where number was.
