I believe that some places supply a new exhaust housing and others insert a Stainless Steel insert (which eliminates future corrosion issues).
In the UK, Universal Turbos have also been recommended for re-builds (Specialists in Turbocharger Repair, Recondition & Performance Rebuild, Turbocharger Diagnosis, Exchange, Hybrid Turbos, Turbonetics) and I know that www.turbodynamics.co.uk will rebuild then with an insert for £500 + VAT.
Turbo Dynamics sell new ones for £857.44 + VAT and Turbo Diesel (www.turbo-diesel.co.uk) sell them for around £750 + VAT. Make sure you order the correct part!
