Was reported as a missing person on 17/11/2003. He had been staying at a guest house in the hessle area of the city. He left the guest house and has not been seen since.
He is described as a white male, approx 5' 6" tall, with short straight grey hair. He is usually clean shaven and speaks with a scottish accent.
Shortly prior to him being reported missing, he had been in spain and spoke of his intention to return to the alicante area of spain and buy a yacht / boat of some description. No other information is available regarding his intention to buy a boat.
