well it looks like the season is pretty much over for me and a fair few other small boat owners, our yard is filling up and our moorings are emptying. trouble is the season never really got going for me and Infamous. despite going in the drink in april she has done at most 20 hours all season. since going in she has had a new engine fitted, the outdrive stripped and refurbed, the heads off twice, new carb, and a whole host of other engine related problems. the last of these problems was the drive coupling shredding itself 2 months ago. since then the boat has sat on her mooring swinging away when everyone else is out having fun, but ive had too much work and not enough time and money to get her out the water and remove the engine/outdrive (AGAIN) to fix the problem. and just to make it worse a few friends from work are out in Ibiza fishing and happily letting us in the office know just how nice it is to be out on the water in the sun!!

it'll all be ok next season, i hope!!

on the plus side though, thanks to everyone who posts pics of where they've been. it gives me something to aspire to.

All this talk of the "season" being over is depressing. You get some cracking winter days, get out and make the most of them.

Well it's 29 degrees and Sunny down here today, hotter over the weekend with a nice 12 knott wind! Will post pictures on Sunday!

hope it stays that way, i should be working in your part of the world in the next month or so. just waiting for the surveyors report and the sale to go ahead and il be having a week or 2 on the water :-)
