Missing Hull Number?? Help Make/model and year??

Can anyone help to identify this boat make year or model?

Need to register but there is no hull number and i don't know what make year or model it is?? Very much appreciated!

Standardised hull numbers are relatively recent - since late 1990s. Before that there was huge variation and many small builders did not use any identification.

That does not look like a European boat so unlikely anybody here would know what it is.

The 'Swimaz Aquatic' on the console points to a Jamiacan swim club (SWIMAZ AQUATIC SWIM CLUB) and the hull design reminds me of something



If located or planning to in the EU / UK, the CE/UKCA marking would be concern as well.
