Missing articles from PBO over the past 30 years (lots!)

It was JECuk's post on sound transmission that showed that there hasn't ever been a serious article in PBO about engine noise and how to reduce it.

When you think about it PBO seems to try to emulate Gardener's World and tell you how to grow parsley (difficult) or coriander but not how to grow Aji Colorado (easy)

IMO, what we need for PBO is a series of articles on adding comfort to small boats (small =< 42 feet): Best cookers, best fridges, best GPS's, best AIS devices, Best totties, Best etc etc etc ......

ie PBOwhich but better than 'Which' ie reviews by punters like us.

I agree, but there are cynics in our midst (not me, of course)who would opine that there may be a correlation between favourable reviews and advertising budget. That is, those with the largest advertising budget to spend at PBO/YM/YW, may receive the most favourabe reviews.
