Minn has some of the credentials, if not all (and more) - but has he been head hunted, does he know, does he want the job?

Overhauling a rather large Nicholson is no mean task, does he really want a more herculean, if not impossible task (with little thanks) as well.

It might be what the MCA needs but......

I'd hate us to be the losers (and have Minn's contributions curtailed). Or is that me being selfish?
