For gawds sake don't upset a raggie.
Over on the other side - Yachting world - there is a debate going on about carrying weapons on their boats. They're talking of grenade launchers, 12 bore shotguns, automatics even one who advocates sticks of dynamite.

You have been warned !

Re: what, another post?!

That's two today. Won't it be great when all the forums are split up, one per mag? We'll have to have messages like this all the time. I am going to partition my front room and run between the v small room advising of action if any in other small rooms....

Ahh but like all things techincal they don't think they can hit the side of the barn unless it is 1" in front of them. Interesting thread though, it must be the sails making them think they are pirates or the like. Do any Westerlys (or whatever) operate under a letter of marque?

Sorry Col that is a PBO posting - not applicable

Thought I'd save Kim the bother.

Anyway now that lunatic moment is over. Don't you think that a bow gun would be troublesome to hit something behind you? Much better to have a switch that pumps a zillion watts trhough the radar and just microwave everything in the local area.

Bugger that is PBO post too....

Seriously though (can I say that?)

A distinct lack of originality in the post.

Surely you lot can do better

How about installing bilge pump in fuel tank to make a flame thrower

Or underwater bolas to wrap up their prop

Or install rocket flares in spinnaker pole to make a torpedo

Convert running backstays to giant crossbow

Something original at least - I mean a 20mm cannon on the foredeck everybody has one of those
